Dr. Mwilaria, S.M., joined Kenyatta University on July 2013 from Dickinson College, Pennsylvania USA, where he was teaching economics as a visiting scholar. He received his Ph.D. and M.A. degrees from the College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University, USA.He also holds an M. SC. degree in Resource Economics from Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design, West Virginia University USA, and a B.SC degree in Agricultural Engineering from Egerton University, Kenya. His research and scholarly interests are in the areas of International Trade, Macroeconomics and Microeconomics, Development Economics, Public Finance and Labor Economics.
